These terms apply to purchases made through the SolaceSoftware online store.

1. What a purchase includes

Each product page states the supported system, package format and price before checkout. Purchases are one-time charges and do not renew automatically. Updates are included only when the product page expressly promises them and only during the period it states. A purchase does not remove or narrow rights granted by the third-party licenses included with a product. A purchase does not include a Puter or xAI account or generation usage; those allowances, charges and provider terms belong to the buyer's separate provider account.

2. Payment

You pay at Shopify's secure checkout. SolaceSoftware does not ask for or store complete payment-card numbers.

3. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Keep the package you download and its published checksum record.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund policy.

5. Customer responsibilities

Review the product page, system requirements, unsigned-package disclosure, usage notice and included licenses before use.
Keep verified backups before processing documents or performing file operations.
Use the software only for lawful, authorized purposes and independently review its results.

6. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolaceSoftware packaging, support and modifications are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Disclaimers in the included third-party licenses also remain in force.
