SolaceSoftware products process their supported files locally on your Windows PC unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Order and payment data

When you buy, this store records what is needed to fulfill and protect your order: the products, price, payment status, and the name and email address you enter at checkout. Payment details are entered at Shopify's secure checkout; SolaceSoftware does not ask for or store complete payment-card numbers.

Shopify

This store runs on Shopify. Shopify and its payment providers process ordinary technical data needed to secure and operate the store, such as IP address, browser information, request time, cookies and fraud signals, under their own terms. See Shopify's privacy policy.

Product files

Our apps are designed to work on your own Windows computer. The store does not receive the files or folders those apps process. Do not send private files through a support request.

Retention and order access

Order records are kept as needed for fulfillment, refunds, disputes, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Download access may be withdrawn after a refund or payment dispute. Keep your purchased package and its published checksum.
