Shipping policy

SolaceSoftware sells digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping charge is added at checkout. Printables are instant PDF downloads delivered right after checkout; nothing is shipped.

Delivery

• Pay once, download right away. After payment is confirmed, your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• Each product page states the supported system, package format and price before checkout. The apps run on Windows; see each product page for the supported versions.
• Each app page publishes the file name, size and SHA-256 checksum of the exact download so you can check it. Keep the package and its checksum record.
